To meet the entitlement and eligibility requirements under Career Start please provide evidence
- Australian Federal or Queensland State Government issued identification card containing the student’s photo and date of birth (e.g., Driver Licence front and back)
- Official birth certificate
- Passport from any issuing country
- an Australian Federal or Queensland State Government issued identification document, or
- an Australian Federal, Queensland State or Queensland Local Government correspondence
- a bank statement
- an electricity, gas, phone, data or internet account
- a NDIS letter
- a property contract showing occupancy of property
- a green Medicare card (must be a colour copy)
- an Australian or New Zealand passport
- an Australian or New Zealand citizenship certificate
- an Australian or New Zealand official birth certificate
- eligible visa or work permit, as set out on the department’s Visa eligibility under VET
- investment programs section, contained in either
- the student's passport; or
- documents provided by the Australian Department of Home Affairs

- a NDIS letter
- a property contract showing occupancy of property

- Show you have been employed for a minimum of one-month full time (or part time equivalent)
- Have a position fulfilling work duties related to the course you are enrolling in
- Collect an official letter or email from your employer:
- stating your first and last name
- stating your employment position
- stating your employment status (full time, part time, contract etc.)
- stating the length of your current employment
- confirming you has been fulfilling work duties related to the Training Course for the period of employment.
- Ensure the official letter or email:
- matches the employer details listed within this enrolment form
- contains the employer’s signature and date of signing on the letter; or
- contains the date sent and a signature block in the email.
- Ensure the official letter or email is dated within seven calendar days of comple-tion of enrolment form.

- stating your employment position
